We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible hosting services.
If you cancel within 15 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund of your hosting fees, subject to the conditions below.
What Is Eligible for a Refund
Refunds apply to:
First-time hosting purchases only
Core hosting plan fees (monthly or annual)
Accounts in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service
What Is Not Refundable
The following are non-refundable, even if cancelled within 15 days:
Domain registrations or transfers
Setup fees
Migration services
Consulting, support, or labour-based services
Third-party software or licenses
Add-on services already delivered or partially delivered
Accounts terminated for policy or security violations
After the 15-Day Period
After the 15-day guarantee window:
Hosting fees are non-refundable
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
Your service will remain active until the end of the billing period
Abuse & Fair Use
The guarantee is intended to help new customers evaluate Kuro Stack.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
Repeated cancellations and re-signups
Excessive resource use during the trial period
Suspected misuse or fraud
